When will my order arrive?

  • Fur Carpets: Ready quickly. About 2 days to prepare and then 5–9 days to deliver, depending on your pin code.

  • Other Carpets (Made to Order): Take about 5–9 days to prepare before shipping.

During busy sale times, delivery may be delayed by 5–7 extra days.
